Terms of use

By using DOTA2PREDICT you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally allowed to use prediction/wager platforms in your jurisdiction.

2. Predictions are not financial advice

All forecasts and statistics are for informational and entertainment use only. They are not investment advice and are not guarantees of any kind. You bet at your own risk.

3. Account

Your account is shared with cs2predict.gg. One person, one account. No selling, sharing, or automating accounts. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.

4. Wagers

The pool is pari-mutuel — winners split losers' pool. Settlement uses OpenDota's match result. Cancelled / rescheduled matches refund all wagers in full.

5. Deposits & withdrawals

Crypto only on this site. Deposits are non-reversible. Withdrawals are subject to the minimum shown in your wallet panel, which is the same on every network. Your balance is shared with cs2predict.gg, where further deposit methods are available.

6. Liability

Service is provided as-is. We do not warrant accuracy of predictions, data feeds, or uptime. Maximum aggregate liability to any user is limited to that user's current site balance.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its date. Changes affecting the price or scope of an already-paid service are announced at least 10 days in advance and do not apply to the paid period.

8. Subscription refunds

Within 14 days of payment you may cancel a subscription and receive a refund, provided the paid features were not used. If they were, a refund for the unused period is at our discretion. If we cannot technically deliver the service, the payment is refunded in full. Requests: contact@cs2predict.gg, handled within 10 business days.
